Group exercise classes are a fun, motivating way to get moving. Our expert instructors will lead you to incredible results. Classes are available everyday (except Sunday) to supplement your exercise program.
Group exercise is a place where friends of all skill levels can train together. With aerobics, aquatics and cycling classes available, FitnessWorks has a group for you.
